Non-Denominational Meditation is the bare-bones of meditation. A worthy comparison would be like going to a yoga studio to simply improve your practice. Nothing compares to having a professional adjustment no matter how far along you may have come, and with gentle and helpful reminders the very basics of meditation have long lasting lessons and reward.

I Ching Guidance is a fun and engaging process of working with the I Ching to bring clarity to those decisions which so often are in the background of ones thinking. Participants choose to be included in this blog anonymously or otherwise. Between these two practices, you'll be able to bring your intuition much closer to the forefront of your day to day living.
